Operator marketplace overview

A platform-wide pool of human operators who claim and resolve complex decisions Hygoshop's automated workflows escalate to them.

What operators do

When a Hygoshop workflow hits a HITL (human-in-the-loop) gate — a restricted-category content review, a draft-order assist, an agent-readiness remediation, etc. — the workflow pauses and emits an OperatorTask. The marketplace surfaces it to operators whose declared skills match the task's role. An operator claims the task, completes it (or escalates), and the workflow resumes.

Joining as an operator

Phase J ships invite-only onboarding. The first 50 operators are concierge-onboarded by HygoShop (HYGO Inc.). Self-serve open signup opens post-launch.

To request an invite: email operators@hygoshop.com. Invites expire after 7 days; redemption creates an Operator profile linked to your existing mify3 SuperTokens account.

Payouts

Operators are paid per-task via Stripe Connect. Payout accounts are opaque to Hygoshop's canonical data; the underlying payments adapter (Stripe Connect by default) resolves the connection.

Until you onboard a Stripe Connect account, completed tasks remain in escrow released-but-unpaid state. Onboard via the operator profile page; payouts retry automatically on a schedule.

Skills + matching

Operator profiles declare skills[] — free-form tags. Workflow tasks declare a role. The marketplace matches them via simple equality (any-of). Common skills:

  • claim_review — restricted-category content review (Phase J5)
  • draft_order_assist — manual reorder draft (Phase H6)
  • agent_readiness_remediation — fix low-scoring offers (Phase H3)
  • compliance — broader regulatory review

Status

  • active — visible to the marketplace
  • paused — invisible (operator's own choice — vacation, etc.)
  • deactivated — suspended (HygoShop admin action)
